How many pieces I have to order to get my shirts embroidered with company logo?
You can order one pcs.( But as you know there are fixed costs involved in setting up your design, and there is always extra charge for just printing one shirt. We can surely embroider one pcs. if the logo is simple and we can do it in house e.g. Plain Text, Simple Box or Circle with Text, Text in a circle. But if you have your own design then there is fixed setup fee which can vary from $25.00 + depending on the design size.)
Below are some of the logo constrains for each type of item
Apparel and Accessories styles include shirts, bags, aprons, sweaters and much much more. These items have a larger embroidery area which allows your logo to be as large as 4 inches tall by 4 inches wide.
Hat styles include baseball caps, bucket hats, and fitted caps. The embroidery space on these items allows for a maximum hat logo size of 2 inches tall by 4 inches wide. This means that some logos may need layout modification or a reduction in detail. Our logo specialists would be happy to assist you in redesigning or modifying any logo.
Visors have a limited embroidery space of just 1 inch tall by 4 inches wide. Many logos will need to be modified in order to fit in this space. Our logo specialists would be happy to assist you in redesigning or modifying any logo.
Fleece and Towel styles include our popular fleece jackets, vests, pullovers, hats, scarves, and towels. The thick and plush material that makes these items so comfortable and soft does require special care for embroidery. You may not notice the difference when looking at the proof of your logo, but logos used on these styles are modified by our artists to ensure that they will stitch with the same high quality you expect from Queensboro.
Digital Print- On Light Fabric styles include t-shirts, sweatshirts and bags. Logos for these items must be very high resolution files to ensure a quality print.
Digital Print- On Dark Fabric styles include men, women and children's t-shirts. Logos for these items must be very high resolution files to ensure a quality print. Some logos require color and adaptations to ensure a quality print on these dark color items.
Want to mix and match? No problem! Simply decide whether you would like to order embroidery or digital print. For embroidery or print, all we ask is that you purchase at least four items in any of the logo types to be able to checkout. Here at Queensboro, four is a magic number.

How will you ship my order?
Your order will be sent via either UPS Ground or FedEx Express Saver. Since these carriers will not ship to a P.O. Box, we ask that you provide us with a street address. We expect your package will reach you within 3 days of shipping.What is the price for Shipping & Handling?

You can send us any logo format you have for embroidery. For screen printing we will need vector art of your logo if available , these are files types .eps, .ai, .psd. If you do not have artwork for your logo or you are looking for new logo idea, we can surely work with you to create one.How much does it cost to have my logo embroidered onto the items in my order?
Embroidered logos that consist of fewer than 8,000 stitches are included in the product price. To embroider logos greater than 8,000 stitches, we do charge for the increased amount of time it takes to stitch the logo.Our logo specialists will be happy to determine in advance if changes to your logo are considered simple or complex.
Are there any restrictions for the logo?
Your embroidered logo may not be larger than 4" x 4" and no element can be smaller than ¼" in height. We highly recommend that you avoid small text. We have many, many choices for thread color and can incorporate up to 14 different colors in one logo! We're happy to make recommendations if you need assistance.How much does it cost to change the thread colors on different color shirts?
We do not charge for embroidery thread color change. We can use different colors for your logo on each different color shirt. Once you place your order and send us your logo, we will email you the thread color details to match your logo and any change in thread color for different color shirts.Colors
Can I order different colors or do all the items have to be the same color?

How are your Polos / Golf Shirts cut?

We carry some styles in sizes up to 6XL. Men's shirts generally come in Medium, Large, XLarge, & XXLarge. Women's shirts generally come in Small, Medium, Large, & XLarge.
